I have a new listing and would like a swiftpictures website and photo shoot. What should I do now?
Give us a call and we will schedule a time for the photo shoot, register the domain name and set-up hosting for you.
You will receive an information intake form to aid us in creating your site. Once the photo shoot and design are completed, we will send you links and instructions to access your photos, link to the MLS and you are ready to go!

How long does the process take?
Photography for MLS, Caravan Express, LA Times: 24-48 hours (from scheduled date of photo shoot)
Property lisitng websites: 3 business days (from scheduled date of photo shoot)
Sometimes, we can turn the project around sooner. Please call for details.

May I use the pictures for my other marketing materials?
Yes, of course. All images are made available to agents for usage in the sale of the property.
We provide a customised photo inventory download site for you to access low, medium and high resolution images to use in all your marketing materials. All copyright of the images remains the property of the photographer and are limited to a one-time usage for the property's promotion for sale.

How do I pay?
Payment is due upon completion of the photography shoot and prior to launch of the website.
Preferred method of payment is via check. However, if you would prefer to use a credit card, we accept payment through Paypal. There will be a $25.00 additional fee to use this service. Please notify us of your preferred payment method.
